Volunteer Opportunity!

Want to gain confidence, build on your public speaking skills, and or flex your creative muscles?  This volunteer opportunity may be for you!

We are looking for enthusiastic student volunteers to do the intro video each month for Student Health 101.  If you are interested in learning more about how you can get involved please contact Sara Wegwitz at sh101@uvic.ca.

Smoking Policy Change

Beginning September 1, 2011, smoking will only be permitted in designated areas outside Ring Road.  Look for the marked benches and new cigarette receptacles in convenient and accessible loczations within a three-minute walk of any campus building.

How to see a Doctor

Health Services is proud to present an appointment system for Physician visits.  Call  our GP Booking Clerk at 250-721-8492 to book your appointment (subject to availability).  We still continue to offer urgent walk-in and nursing care services.

Our aim is to increase our efficiency and decrease waiting times and thus better serve our student population.
